Service.
Welcome to Vantage Auto Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our services, website, estimates, vehicle wrap installations, auto body repairs, paint protection film ("PPF"), detailing, tinting, vinyl graphics, custom fabrication, and related automotive services.
By scheduling services, requesting a quote, making payment, or leaving a vehicle in our care, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
We provide automotive customization and repair services, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle wrapping
- Vinyl graphics and decals
- Auto body repair
- Paint and refinishing
- Paint protection film (PPF)
- Window tinting
- Ceramic coatings
- Vehicle detailing
- Custom automotive modifications
All services are subject to availability and inspection of the vehicle.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by the Company are based on the visible condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.
Final pricing may change if:
- Hidden damage is discovered
- Additional labor is required
- Parts or materials increase in cost
- The customer requests additional services
Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to revise estimates before work begins.
Deposits & Payments
For certain projects, including wraps, custom work, specialty orders, or large repair jobs, we may require a deposit before work begins.
Deposit terms:
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
- Failure to complete payment may result in delayed vehicle release.
- Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, debit, credit card, e-transfer, and financing (if applicable). Returned or declined payments may be subject to additional fees.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle ownership and contact information
- Remove personal belongings before service
- Disclose prior repairs, paintwork, or known vehicle issues
- Inspect the vehicle upon pickup
The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Vehicle Wrap & Film Services
Vehicle wraps and films are cosmetic products and may naturally wear over time depending on weather exposure, maintenance practices, driving conditions, automatic car washes, and improper care.
Customers understand:
- Wraps may not adhere properly to damaged, repainted, rusted, or previously repaired surfaces.
- Removal of wraps may expose pre-existing paint defects or cause damage to weak or aftermarket paint.
- Color matching between wrap materials and painted surfaces is not guaranteed.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Company may provide limited workmanship warranties on certain services. Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Improper customer maintenance
- Accidents or road debris
- Environmental damage
- Chemical exposure
- Normal wear and tear
- Third-party modifications or repairs
Manufacturer warranties on vinyl, films, or products are subject solely to the manufacturer's terms. Except where prohibited by law, all services are provided "as is" without additional warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of vehicle use
- Loss of profits or business
- Delays caused by suppliers or unforeseen circumstances
- Pre-existing damage discovered during service
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.
Vehicle Storage & Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles not picked up within seven (7) days after completion may be subject to storage fees.
If a vehicle is abandoned or payment is not made, the Company reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies available under Ontario law, including lien rights.
Appointment Cancellations
Customers should provide at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits may be forfeited for last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to proceed with approved work.
Photos & Marketing
The Company may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, and marketing or social media purposes.
By using our services, customers grant permission for non-identifying images of their vehicle to be used unless otherwise requested in writing.
Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, designs, graphics, website content, and marketing materials created by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on our website or providing notice to customers.
